Privacy Policy

This explains what happens to information about you when you visit this website. It covers the website only — not the product the website describes, which runs elsewhere and is covered by its own agreement.

What you give us deliberately

Exactly one thing on this site asks you for anything: the request-access form on the home page. It collects your name, your company (optional) and your email address. When you submit it, those fields are sent to our platform so we can read the request, decide on it, and get back to you. We use them to evaluate the request and to contact you about the product. We do not sell them and we do not use them to target advertising.

Nothing else on the site asks you for anything. There is no account to create, no login anywhere, and no comment box.

What is collected whether you meant it or not

Three third parties run on every page of this site. All three are named here because all three genuinely load — none of them is optional and none of them waits for you to do anything.

Cloudflare hosts this site, serves it and terminates the encrypted connection, so every request you make reaches Cloudflare first. In the ordinary course of delivering a page it processes your IP address, your request headers and the time of the request, and it also rewrites parts of the HTML before it reaches you.

Google Tag Manager loads on every page, and it is included twice on purpose: once as a script in the page head, and once as a hidden frame that works when JavaScript is switched off — so it runs even for a visitor browsing with scripts disabled. It can set its own storage and load further tags of its own. It also receives interaction events that we send it deliberately. There are six of them and this is the whole list: request_access_open when you open the request-access form, request_access_first_input the first time you type into it, request_access_submit when you send it, hero_apps_cta and hero_docs_cta when you follow one of the two links under the headline on the home page, and mcp_request_access when you use the request-access link on an app’s page. Each carries that name, a short label — for the submit event, whether it succeeded — and the link target where there is one. None of them carries anything you typed.

Sentry collects browser errors and performance traces. Tracing is sampled at 100 percent — every page view produces a trace — and the data is sent to Sentry’s ingest endpoint in the United States. An error report can include the page address, your browser and operating system versions, and the technical detail of whatever failed.

There is no consent banner on this site, and no consent gate of any kind. The three services above load for every visitor, on every page, before you have done anything at all. We would rather write that down plainly than show a dialog that implies a choice this site does not actually offer you.

If you would rather they did not load, the controls are yours rather than ours: block scripts or third-party requests in your browser, use an extension that does it for you, or browse in a window that discards state afterwards. There is no in-page switch, and we are not going to pretend there is one.

What we keep in your browser

One thing, and it is not about you: a theme entry in local storage, remembering whether you chose the light or the dark palette. It holds the word “light” or the word “dark” and nothing else, it identifies nobody, and it is never sent anywhere. The site sets no cookies of its own — any cookie you find in your browser after visiting was set by one of the three services above.

Where information goes

Our platform, and the services described above, are operated in the United States. If you are somewhere else, then using this site or sending us the form means information about you crosses a border to get to us.

How long it is kept

A request-access submission is kept while we are considering it and for as long as we remain in contact with you about it; ask us to delete it and we will. What the three third parties keep, and for how long, is set by their own retention schedules rather than ours.

Your choices

Write to the address at the foot of this page to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, to get a copy of it, or to have it deleted. Depending on where you live, some of those may be legal rights; we intend to honour the request either way. We will ask you enough to be confident the request really comes from you, and we will not charge you for it.

Changes

We may change this policy. The version on this page is always the current one, and the date it last changed is shown below it. If a change matters — a new processor, a new category of data — we will say so here rather than quietly editing a sentence.
