Manage mailing lists, contacts and campaigns in Zoho Campaigns, across every Zoho data centre.
Zoho Campaigns ships in the w6w first-party pack. It declares 24 actions, 2 health checks, and the host runs its code in a sandbox that never sees the credential.
io.w6w.zoho-campaignsZoho Campaigns puts a business’s email marketing into a workflow — create and manage mailing lists, add or remove contacts (subscribe, unsubscribe, move to Do-Not-Mail), read and create custom contact fields, inspect a list’s segments, and create, list, send, schedule, clone and delete campaigns. There is no organization/account concept to configure: every call acts on the one Zoho Campaigns account the connection authorized.
Zoho hosts every account in one of eight regional data centres, each with its own Campaigns API host and its own OAuth accounts host, so this app routes each region through its own dedicated connection rather than one that could silently send a EU account’s requests through the US region instead. Canada is the one region where BOTH hosts break the naming pattern the other seven follow, and this app points at the real hosts rather than the ones the pattern would suggest.
Coupon management (Shopify-specific), merge tags and topic management are deliberately left out — the first is platform/jurisdiction-specific in ways this app does not attempt to model generically, and the vendor’s own documentation for the other two is too inconsistent (a merge-tags parameter table missing a parameter its own sample URL uses; a topic-management page with no parameter tables or sample requests at all) to implement correctly.
Three routes to the same 24 actions. The Workflow tab is generated from Zoho Campaigns's own manifest and carries its real ids, so it is copy-pasteable; the Code and CLI examples are the same call for any action on any app, so every app-specific value in them is a blank you fill in.
campaign-clone Clone an existing campaign into a new draft. `oldcampaignkey`, `campaignname` and `subject` are required, e.g. { "oldcampaignkey": "...", "campaignname": "Copy", "subject": "Copy" }.
campaign-create Create a draft campaign — name, subject, sender and recipients (a mailing list, a segment, or a topic). Content is set separately via `contentUrl` (a public HTML URL) or in the Zoho Campaigns UI before sending.
campaign-get-details Get a campaign's data, reach, reports and associated mailing lists.
campaign-get-reports Get a campaign's report summary — reach, opens, clicks, bounces and unsubscribes.
contact-add-bulk Add up to ten comma-separated email addresses to an existing mailing list.
contact-do-not-mail Move a contact to the account-wide Do-Not-Mail registry. Requires `{ "Contact Email": ... }` in the contact info.
contact-field-create Create a custom contact field to store extra information per contact.
contact-fields-list List every contact field defined on this Zoho Campaigns account, custom or built-in.
contact-list List the contacts in a mailing list, optionally filtered by status.
contact-subscribe Add a contact to a mailing list, or update field values for an existing one. Requires `{ "Contact Email": ... }` in the contact info.
contact-unsubscribe Unsubscribe a contact from a mailing list. Requires `{ "Contact Email": ... }` in the contact info.
list-advanced-details Get a mailing list's advanced details — contact geography and the campaigns sent, scheduled or created against it.
list-count Get the number of contacts in a mailing list, optionally filtered by status.
list-create Create a new mailing list, optionally seeding it with up to ten comma-separated email addresses in the same call.
list-delete Delete a mailing list. Set "Delete contacts" to remove its contacts from the whole account rather than just the list.
list-update Rename a mailing list or change whether its signup form is public or private.
segment-get-details Get the filter criteria that define a segment of a mailing list.
A workflow step names the app and the action, and the editor fills in the
connection when you pick one. This is the Step shape from the
workflow spec, carrying Zoho Campaigns's real ids.

Every app-specific value here is a blank you have to fill in. An
app action is reached through the connection that authenticates it, so the
address is a connection id, not the app id — and connections belong to your account,
so a public page cannot know yours. Create one for Zoho Campaigns, then fill in
the three blanks: conn_YOUR_CONNECTION_ID, the action key, and the
parameters that action declares. The call itself is real — the shape is transcribed
from the studio's own snippet builder, which prints the same kind of blanks — but
nothing in it is specific to Zoho Campaigns. The Workflow tab is where this app's
real ids are.

One MCP endpoint exposes every app, function and workflow the caller is entitled to, as tools it can discover and run. Access is granted per team while we onboard.
One tool call{

"arguments": {
"ref": "app:io.w6w.zoho-campaigns#campaign-clone",
"input": {
"campaignInfo": "<campaignInfo>"
}
}
}
Every tool names its target with a single ref. The
app: form above doesn't name a connection at all — the
host resolves which of the caller's Zoho Campaigns connections to sign
with, and refuses rather than guesses when the answer is ambiguous.
The token is attached host-side, at the moment of the call. It is never a tool argument, never in the model's context, and never in a transcript — so a prompt injection has nothing to exfiltrate.
Tools are derived per end user from what that person has actually connected and is entitled to — not one shared bot identity carrying the union of everyone's access.
Multi-step work runs on the workflow engine and returns a run handle the agent can poll — retries, branching and state survive the conversation that started them.
Zoho Campaigns's declared health checks are on the surface too, so an agent can tell "the vendor is down" from "your credential expired" before it burns a retry on either.
The MCP surface is part of the hosted platform. Zoho Campaigns itself is MIT, and the runtime that executes it is source-available (FSL).
Zoho Campaigns declares its own checks, so its health is a property of the app rather than something the host guesses at.
