Search Seamless.AI's B2B contact and company database, research the records you pick, and manage the lists, campaigns, tasks and saved searches around them.
Seamless.AI ships in the w6w first-party pack. It declares 45 actions, 2 health checks, and the host runs its code in a sandbox that never sees the credential.
io.w6w.seamlessaiSeamless.AI is a B2B sales-intelligence database: contacts with verified emails and direct phone numbers, and the companies they work for. This app covers its public API end to end.
The core path is search, then research. Searching contacts or companies by title, seniority, location, company size, revenue, technology or funding returns lightweight results; researching the ones you pick enriches them into full records. Research is asynchronous - one action starts it and returns request IDs, and a second polls until each record is done - so a workflow can fan out a lead list and collect the enriched rows when they land.
Around that sit the records your organization already owns - researched contacts and companies listed by date window and sorted into lists - plus saved searches, engagement campaigns and their metrics, tasks, templates, call logging and the activity feed. Credit balances are readable at any time, and a health check tracks the balance so a workflow can see the pool running dry before a 422 stops it.
Authentication is a single API key created under Settings > Public API in Seamless.AI.
Three routes to the same 45 actions. The Workflow tab is generated from Seamless.AI's own manifest and carries its real ids, so it is copy-pasteable; the Code and CLI examples are the same call for any action on any app, so every app-specific value in them is a blank you fill in.
activity-list The engagement activity feed: emails, calls and other events, optionally for one contact or campaign.
campaign-action Start, pause, resume, complete, archive, unarchive or delete a campaign. START begins sending to its contacts.
campaign-metrics-get Per-step send, open, bounce, reply and call metrics for a campaign.
companies-list List companies your organization has researched inside a date window. Page with `page` and `limit`.
companies-lists-update Add researched companies to lists, remove them, or replace their list membership.
companies-research Start asynchronous research (enrichment) for companies, by searchResultIds from companies-search or by domain / name. Returns requestIds to pass to companies-research-poll.
companies-research-poll Check research requests started by companies-research. A result is complete when its status is `done`; other states are `researching`, `missing` and `error`.
companies-search Search the Seamless.AI company database by name, domain, location, size, revenue, funding and more. Spends credits: the vendor bills search results against your Seamless.AI credit balance.
contacts-list List contacts your organization has researched inside a date window, newest data included. Page with `page` and `limit`.
contacts-lists-update Add researched contacts to lists, remove them, or replace their list membership.
contacts-research Start asynchronous research (enrichment) for contacts, by searchResultIds from contacts-search or by identity. Spends one credit per contact. Returns requestIds to pass to contacts-research-poll.
contacts-research-poll Check research requests started by contacts-research. Poll every 2-5 seconds; a result is complete when its status is `done`.
contacts-search Search the Seamless.AI contact database by title, company, location, size and more. Returns searchResultIds to feed into research. Spends credits: the vendor bills search results against your Seamless.AI credit balance.
email-accounts-list Connected sending mailboxes. Returns addresses and provider, never mailbox credentials.
locations-lookup Find the city, region, country or postcode values the search `locations` filter accepts. Does not spend credits.
saved-search-create Save a set of search filters so contacts-search / companies-search can re-run them by ID.
task-action Pause, reschedule, unpause, cancel, start, delete, skip, complete or schedule a task.
A workflow step names the app and the action, and the editor fills in the
connection when you pick one. This is the Step shape from the
workflow spec, carrying Seamless.AI's real ids.

Every app-specific value here is a blank you have to fill in. An
app action is reached through the connection that authenticates it, so the
address is a connection id, not the app id — and connections belong to your account,
so a public page cannot know yours. Create one for Seamless.AI, then fill in
the three blanks: conn_YOUR_CONNECTION_ID, the action key, and the
parameters that action declares. The call itself is real — the shape is transcribed
from the studio's own snippet builder, which prints the same kind of blanks — but
nothing in it is specific to Seamless.AI. The Workflow tab is where this app's
real ids are.

One MCP endpoint exposes every app, function and workflow the caller is entitled to, as tools it can discover and run. Access is granted per team while we onboard.
One tool call{
"name": "w6w_invoke",
"arguments": {
"ref": "app:io.w6w.seamlessai#call-log",
"input": {
"contactId": "<contactId>"
}
}
}
Every tool names its target with a single ref. The
app: form above doesn't name a connection at all — the
host resolves which of the caller's Seamless.AI connections to sign
with, and refuses rather than guesses when the answer is ambiguous.
The token is attached host-side, at the moment of the call. It is never a tool argument, never in the model's context, and never in a transcript — so a prompt injection has nothing to exfiltrate.
Tools are derived per end user from what that person has actually connected and is entitled to — not one shared bot identity carrying the union of everyone's access.
Multi-step work runs on the workflow engine and returns a run handle the agent can poll — retries, branching and state survive the conversation that started them.
Seamless.AI's declared health checks are on the surface too, so an agent can tell "the vendor is down" from "your credential expired" before it burns a retry on either.
The MCP surface is part of the hosted platform. Seamless.AI itself is MIT, and the runtime that executes it is source-available (FSL).
Seamless.AI declares its own checks, so its health is a property of the app rather than something the host guesses at.
No machine-readable status surface: status.seamless.ai is Cloudflare-gated (403) and seamless.statuspage.io is the unclaimed Statuspage shell.
Remaining Seamless.AI credits per category, from GET /v2/credits.
