io.w6w.hubspotHubSpot covers the core CRM objects a workflow needs to keep in sync — contacts, companies, deals and tickets can each be created, updated, fetched, listed, searched and deleted, with contacts additionally upsertable and batch-creatable, updatable and deletable for higher-volume syncs.
Engagement objects — calls, emails, meetings, notes and tasks — can be logged against a record, and associations between two CRM objects can be created or removed directly, so a workflow can build the same relationships (a deal tied to a company, a ticket tied to a contact) a person would set up by hand. Lists and forms are supported too: contacts can be added to or removed from a static list, and a HubSpot form can be submitted programmatically the same way a website visitor would fill it in.
A fit for syncing leads and deals from another system into HubSpot, automating engagement logging, or routing form submissions and list membership as part of a larger marketing or sales workflow.
Three routes to the same 42 actions. The Workflow tab is generated from HubSpot's own manifest and carries its real ids, so it is copy-pasteable; the Code and CLI examples are the same call for any action on any app, so every app-specific value in them is a blank you fill in.
add-contact-to-list Add one or more contacts to a static list, by email or by contact VID.
create-association Link two CRM records (contact↔company, deal↔ticket, etc.) via the v4 associations API.
create-contact Create a new contact. `email` is not required by HubSpot but is strongly recommended.
create-note Log a note engagement, optionally associated with contacts/companies/deals/tickets.
create-ticket Create a support ticket. `hs_pipeline` and `hs_pipeline_stage` are required by HubSpot.
delete-contact Archive a contact. HubSpot performs a soft-delete (recoverable for 90 days).
get-contact Fetch a contact by ID (or by any unique property via `idProperty`, e.g. `email`).
list-companies List companies. Walks one page; pass back `paging.next.after` as `after` for the next.
list-contacts List contacts. Walks one page; pass back `paging.next.after` as `after` for the next.
list-deals List deals. Walks one page; pass back `paging.next.after` as `after` for the next.

connection when you pick one. This is the Step shape from the
workflow spec, carrying HubSpot's real ids.

Every app-specific value here is a blank you have to fill in. An
app action is reached through the connection that authenticates it, so the
address is a connection id, not the app id — and connections belong to your account,
so a public page cannot know yours. Create one for HubSpot, then fill in
the three blanks: conn_YOUR_CONNECTION_ID, the action key, and the
parameters that action declares. The call itself is real — the shape is transcribed
from the studio's own snippet builder, which prints the same kind of blanks — but
nothing in it is specific to HubSpot. The Workflow tab is where this app's
real ids are.

Every tool names its target with a single ref. The
app: form above doesn't name a connection at all — the
host resolves which of the caller's HubSpot connections to sign
with, and refuses rather than guesses when the answer is ambiguous.
The token is attached host-side, at the moment of the call. It is never a tool argument, never in the model's context, and never in a transcript — so a prompt injection has nothing to exfiltrate.
Tools are derived per end user from what that person has actually connected and is entitled to — not one shared bot identity carrying the union of everyone's access.
Multi-step work runs on the workflow engine and returns a run handle the agent can poll — retries, branching and state survive the conversation that started them.
HubSpot's declared health checks are on the surface too, so an agent can tell "the vendor is down" from "your credential expired" before it burns a retry on either.
The MCP surface is part of the hosted platform. HubSpot itself is MIT, and the runtime that executes it is source-available (FSL).
HubSpot declares its own checks, so its health is a property of the app rather than something the host guesses at.
